  • Leave the driving to the divine. Once you can see the path clearly from your safe vantage point, it’s a lot easier to let go of the steering wheel and enjoy the ride. All the modalities I use have their own higher wisdom and know exactly where to go and what to do. You are the one who guides and dictates what happens, and the work is always in your highest and best interest.
  •  The modalities I use are safe and effective at working on all levels of existence. That means no matter whether you’ve got a physical issue, a mental hangup, an emotional meltdown or a spiritual conundrum, it’s all being addressed gently and simultaneously. You don’t even have to know what’s wrong. It’ll all come out in the wash.
  • Keep it down-to-earth. There’s a lot of dogma and jargon out there that’s, frankly, pretty “woo-woo.” Me, I stick to what I experience and what I know with certainty, and I almost always keep the “woo” to myself. No fortune-telling, just good, clean, source-directed healing.
